This is a slow paced class geared towards those wanting full-body stretches, poses that help alleviate pain, and visual meditations to ease your mind and emotions. With props, we will move through gentle and strengthening poses as we use our breath to empower bodily awareness and acceptance. Discover safe and comforting movements that you can take home!
