This Yoga & Pilates fusion class welcomes all levels and is designed to help increase flexibility, strengthen core muscles, improve posture and help you reach your personal wellness goals. Each class will incorporate the use of various equipment such as foam rollers, pilates rings, 1-3lb weights or resistance bands.
