POP-UP CLASS! Self-Myofascial Release for Lower Body
with Nikki Wright

You are invited to join Nikki Wright, LMT for this unique pop-up class designed to
introduce participants to the human fascial system and discover how bodily aches &
pain are related to it. We will focus on the hips, pelvis, and lower body, so if you have
been experiencing low back, hip, knee, or foot pain, this class is for you!

We will utilize the Myofascial Triad: Rebounding, Unwinding, and Structural Work, to
address common areas of restrictions that can cause tension and pain, and also impact
our movement. Throughout the class, you will discover ways that you can implement the
MFR Triad into daily self-treatment.

Be ready to shake & bounce a little during Rebounding, to gently stretch & move
intuitively during Unwinding, and focus on problematic areas in the lower body as you
learn Structural techniques to help relieve pain and tension. 

We will use blankets, bolsters, therapy balls, and other props during Structural Work, however, you may wish to bring your own yoga mat and a pillow from home (highly recommended) to use as an
additional prop. A 4” inflatable therapy ball will be used during class and will be available for purchase so you can take what you learned and implement it into your daily self-care practice.
